CDR Samantha Hoke, MSN, PMNHNP-BC, CARN-AP, is a commissioned corps nurse officer in the United States Public Health Service. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Worcester State College in Worcester, MA in 2009. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing in Psychiatric/Mental Health in 2014, and became board certified and licensed as a PMHNP. She is currently stationed with the U.S. Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Prisons in Devens, MA, where she serves as the Addiction Medicine Advanced Practice Provider.
