“I want to see Native Youth having the tools to care for themselves, make informed decisions and see a future. Most of my work with the tribal youth delegates has focused on mental health and higher education (both college and trade). Both I see as tools to build confidence and find purpose. I value the reciprocal relationship in serving Indigenous people. I love to learn how I can better serve and also provide insight about potential forward movement. I also, really love the collaborative makeup in Indigenous communities, working together to reach the goals of the community and provide resources that allow us to move towards the shared goal.”
